• Read-only access to billing, invoices and contracts, the same access the Diagnostic uses.
• One named owner on your side who can make decisions or get them made.

It does not include implementation or engineering work, backfilling a vacant role, or building and running tooling. I advise and lead the work. I do not hold spending or signature authority.
